We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient ELV, ICT & Security Design & Estimation Engineer with 3 to 4 years of experience to join our pre-sales and technical design team.

Key Responsibilities

• System Design: Develop comprehensive designs for ELV/ICT systems, including Structured Cabling, Networking (Active & Passive), CCTV, ACS, GB, PA/BGM, Server, Firewall etc
• Estimation & Costing: Prepare detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and commercial proposals from the CAD Drawings.
• Technical Documentation: Create MoS, O&M, Technical Submittal, PQ, RFIs etc.
• Vendor Management: Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to obtain quotes, evaluate new technologies, and ensure the best pricing.
• Analysis: Review RFP/RFQ documents, Compliance and identify technical risks or opportunities for value engineering.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 3–4 years in ELV/ICT design and estimation (Middle East experience
• Software Proficiency: * AutoCAD (Essential for layouts and schematics).
• Advanced MS Excel (For complex estimation sheets).
• Standards Knowledge: Familiarity with local authority regulations (SIRA, ADMCC, GRA Hemaya, Etisalat/Du standards).
