HR & Admin Officer
We are seeking an experienced HR & Admin professional to manage end-to-end HR operations and support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage HR & Admin operations in line with UAE Labor Law
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and performance management
- Handle employee relations and conduct training programs
- Oversee HR policies, compliance, ERP records, and reporting
- Manage office administration, visas, insurance, and government portals (MOL, DMCC, RTA)
Key Qualifications & Skills
- 3+ years HR experience in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labor laws & portals
- Experience in technology/system integration preferred
- Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills
- Strong process management and leadership potential
- Male candidates prefered
